Is it over feeding or faulty feeding?

Teach the mother Burping, by holding the baby in upright position.

Avoid overfeeding.

Give sugar water, between milk feeds.

Syp. Bonnisan ½ tsp tds or gripe water ½ tsp tds.

Syp. PERINORM 10 drops tds or

Syp. Vomiteb ½ tsp tds.

If vomiting is forceful and projectile, or if baby is not gaining weight.

Suspect Congenital Hypertrophic Pylone stenosis. Refer to pediatrician.
